Susan J. Wolfe
Founder & Principal
In her 40+ years in the field, there's probably no user experience design challenge that Susan hasn't seen. In both San Francisco and Sydney, she has practiced UX design, launched and run UX consultancies, mentored global project teams, introduced UX design practices and cultures into organisations, and trained the next generation of practitioners with direct responsibility for launching the careers of more than 550 UX professionals.
Susan has worked across a wide range of industries and platforms, working with start-ups to long-established companies, with small budgets to large. The secret of her success comes from taking a holistic, pragmatic and people-focused approach, rather than following a formula.
Over time, she has become increasingly focused on using UX design for social good and applies much of her energy to this space.
Susan has taught General Assembly’s UX Design Immersive course for the past decade and consults through her boutique agency, OE Strategy.

Beth Wallach
Founder & Head Coach
Beth is an impact strategist and leadership coach with two decades of business experience, working both in-house and with client teams in London, Sydney, Los Angeles and Singapore.
Her career background spans building brands and leading teams in marketing agencies to co-founding an impact consultancy, alongside coaching hundreds of career-changers to break into design and tech.
Beth has completed International Coaching Federation accredited coach training specialising in ADHD Coaching, alongside partnering with aspiring and existing B Corps to design, communicate and measure their impact as an official B Consultant.
As a member of SECNA and the Impact Collab, and is a huge advocate for cultivating social entrepreneurship, supporting people, organisations and communities who are striving to create a better future.
