In the current economic climate, it can take a long time for new UX graduates to find the perfect job. Often they have to resort to part-time jobs outside of the industry, draining another resource: time.
Our low-bono work means we can offer some pay; we’re not asking anyone to work for free. Equally importantly, it provides the opportunity for UX graduates to gain more experience working with clients, supported by the mentorship and guidance that they would hope to find in any design studio.
