We carefully scope and plan the project to best support your needs and priorities before we begin. We prepare a statement of work to make expectations and assumptions explicit and avoid any unpleasant surprises.
We collaborate with you and your stakeholders throughout the project to ensure that everyone’s needs are met. We are flexible with our approach and pivot as necessary. Our handover documentation is designed to make sure you can action the results.
We conduct a post-project review with you to tie up any loose ends and extract learnings (on both sides) from the engagement. We check in with you later to see how it’s going, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you have questions as you progress on your journey.
